Hi, I've been using fitness blender videos on you tube for dumbell and kettle bell routines. I love they way they give you an estimated calorie burn for each workout and the way they have so much variety. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend any others worth doing I'm no expert so don't want them to be too hard and it's more for the weights I want to do them. I live in a flat so can't be jumping round doing aerobics everyday, and I go on my cross trainer for the cardiovascular exercise and do the weights for strength training. Feel free to add me as a friend I'm new to mfp so need all the help I can get

    I'm sorry to say I'm not that familiar with kettlebell workouts, I was always a free weights kind of girl, now I tend to do more bodyweight exercises. but... I have recently ( within the last year) gotten into obstacle course racing and I find that cardio and using my own body weight against me, so to speak, (lol) is helpful during those races to climb up and over, and under and through the different obstacles. feel free to add me, you can never have too much support :-)I could also use some in return;-)
