Losing too fast, advice?

Hello,
I've lost 1.5kg since last Tuesday eating a net of about 1600 calories which is a 500 calorie deficit. I exercise a lot on a spinning bike and treadmill and eat back half calories burned. I also walk quite a bit. I've only got ten more pounds to lose and my endurance is seriously decreasing. Should I stick with it and see if it levels out or eat more throughout the day?

    Did you experience a stall before this? I have had that experience--no weight loss for 10-15 days, then 3-4 pounds almost at once.

    BUT I also have noticed that my burns are closer to 75% of MFP's estimate. I was consistently losing more than I planned and I realized that was why. 50% is a good starting point, but sometimes you have to adjust a little.

    I would give it more time.

    Last Tuesday as in a week ago? 1.5 is a little high imo for a week but it could be a dozen things like water weight gained or lost.

    How accurately are you logging. You may be over estimating your food.
