Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advice on how concerned I should be about shin pain? I workout in the gym doing high impact classes (3 x per week) and also moderate weights (2 x per week) and I have been following this routine for about 6 months with no problems. However, the past two weeks I have developed pain in my shins, which isn't so bad as to stop me training, but causes a low level of pain. A factor could be that I have just started wearing new trainers.
Sorry for the long post - Any information or links to information you could give me about this problem would be much appreciated. Mainly I want to know if it's okay for me to keep training through this, or whether I should take a break and wait for the pain to go entirely before returning to the gym.
