Hi peeps does anyone know the calorific value of the raw brownies please? Not the sweet potato ones.

    They are approximately 145 calories according to MFP (depending on how much cacao you use. Just for future reference, MFP has a recipe creator where you can plug in the ingredients and serving size and it will give you the calorie and macro information. Best of luck :)
