IMpending munchies

So this is my first 'proper' attempt at losing the 20 extra kilos I gained over the last 5 years...I have never regulated my food intake before (hence the 20kgs!) and so I'm discovering all sorts of new things like the fact that I get the munchies around 0930 (I have breakfast around 0630 and I'm at work from 7). Google has no useful innovative ideas about distracting myself when the munchies strike - the amassed wisdom says only to go and do something else, which occurred to me already! So I'm blogging here in an attempt to just get through the munchy phase....
