Hi all - start of a six week plan today :)

starting on following a six week plan that has been devised for me.
My goals are to : lose 7lb-10lb , attend 4-5 classes a week at gym and complete the 30 walking challenge.
There will be ups and downs I have no doubt but I am feeling invigorated and motivated today on day 1 of this plan. This is my 5th week on an overhaul of my diet and excersie and I just feel more focus is what I need so hoping FP can help :)
