breakfast or lunch idea

I woke this morning feeling starving hungry, unusual for me, i don't generally want to eat before 11am, i wanted a really big breakfast but thought if i do a traditional full english that could blow all my hard work so i checked my fridge veg tray, and found asparagus that wouldn't go another day, tomatoes that needed using up , and a sweet potato, i washed and cut a chunk from the sweet potato, cut it into wedges, put all the veg into a baking tray seasoned with s&p sprayed with frylite, put into oven 200 degrees, after 10 mins i put the egg that i had broken into a small dish into the oven for the last 5 mins. it was such a delicious breakfast and so much lower in calories and fat.

total 205 calories
Grilled Asparagus, 180 g, Vine Ripened Tomatoes, 100 g,
Baked Sweet Potato cut into wedges, 100 g, Egg, baked 1 large,

if i had made sausage bacon egg tomatoes it would be approx 489 calories,

i think i will try other veggie alternatives for a big breakfast when i am feeling that hungry.
