    Challenge complete. It burns but it a good burn because I know I am working my body and I am so happy it is something I can do at home. I can't wait to do more of this daily challenges.

    Your welcome I love doing them as well however I have some medical issues with my hands and wrist so have to wait until I see the Doctor next week. I am hoping to get back to them asap.
