What to do when you're craving something to eat but you already ate? I feel like I'm hungry all the time

Couple things:
1.) Learn to tell if it's really hunger or just a desire for food, or possibly thirst. I know this sounds silly, but it took me a long time to learn to tell the difference. A good telltale is if your stomach is growling.
2.) Modify your diet to eat more filling foods. Protein will keep you feeling full longer than most things. Also, if you eating low-cal foods, you can eat more.0 -
I sometimes think you get cravings from not hitting your macros---protein and fat especially. If your body needs certain nutrients it "asks" for them. Take a look at your diary and see how you do with those. Best.0
