Hi,
Should I use the weight before or after cooking jacket potatoes for the nutritional values?

There's usually both in the database. I tend to use raw weights for most things.0

Use the raw weight, and make sure you are using the database entry for raw. Cooking removes water and the amount of water removed in the cooking (thus the amount of weight removed) can vary widely, depending on how long you cook it. Raw is the most consistent.
ETA: I assume you are also eating the peels? They are packed with good nutrition.0 -

Raw is the most consistent, but I always use the cooked entry for meats and potatoes and rice (because I cook meals for 3+ people and can't be bothered deciding whose potato is whose) and it hasn't impacted my rate of loss at all.0
