i am new at this and would like to have a shortcut icon on my desktop. I can't figure out how to get it there. Can anyone help me, please

The steps depend on the type of Web browser you are using, such as Internet Explorer (IE), Firefox, Chrome, or Safari; but you should have a similar option to either "Create Shortcut" or "Send Shortcut to Desktop."
For Internet Explorer, Right-Click on a blank white area on the Web page and choose Create Shortcut, then save to Desktop. Or if you have the File menu bar turned on, navigate to File > Send > Shortcut to Desktop as shown in the screen shot below.

I found a way to create a shortcut on your desktop.
1: Open Myfitnesspal to the lodin page.
2: Copy he url.
3: Left click on the desktop and select "new" then select "shortcut".
4: enter the copied Myfitnesspal login page url to the location of shortcut.
5: you will now have a shortcut on your desktop.0 -
