Need to drop 20 fast and 40-50 total. Planing on just eating lean meats and green's mostly and strength training - Joined a gym,(started last thursday. wife travels so I have 3-4 evenings a week free of conflicts, most weeks. No reason not to go 3-4 time a week eeh
