I am new. I have never signed on to anything like this and I must say I am a bit nervous about it.
I am 66 close to 67. I have always been thin and in good shape up until about 60. It seems like I do not eat any differently but seem to just keep gaining weight. I do not exercise. I need to be motivated. I do not want to go to a gym. I am still working full time so I spend too much time sitting.

I fairly new too and trying to use this more consistently. I, too, work full time and sadly sit too much. I detest gyms and prefer outdoor exercise when possible. Having a friend or two on here that can "remind" me that I need to be moving would be helpful. I little healthy competition perhaps. BTW, I'm 55 and could lose 10-15 pounds in all likelihood. :-)0
