I haven't worked out in forever...

It's been a while since I had a good run at the gym. Haven't managed to put a decent run together. It's totally on me, I know, I have been making a lot of excuses. Sometimes, I know they are legitimate, but other times, I know I'm full of sh--.
I really just need to get there and develop a good rhythm like I had before. I had a good run when I started my transformation. But in January, I aggravated an injury and was on the sidelines for 3 weeks...since then I haven't worked out consistently.
The only reason I haven't put any weight back on is because my nutrition has been very good. But I feel had I coupled my good eating habits with working out, I would've been much further along in my transformation. I feel like I am wasting my good eating efforts.
It is frustrating because I know what I need to do. I just gotta get my butt up and do it. I was feeling great when I was working out. Feeling confident and healthy. I want that feeling again. It starts again today. Today I start to get my rhythm back. Today is day 1 of my new streak.
If I don't do this....it's my loss...
It's not about wanting to exercise. I NEED TO.
