i have lost 15lbs since starting to use MFP. I changed my weight but how do I update MFP so it adjust how many calories I should eat a day? Or will it still be the same amount of calories regardless of how much weight I've lost?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I wouldn't change your calories unless you hit a plateau. It's always best to eat as much as you can while losing 1-2 lbs/week. If you can make progress on, let's say, 2600 cal/day, why would drop it to 2200 cal/day? Eating more sets you up for much better long term success.
