You shouldn't be eating large meals at night. That is when your body stores the most fat

Rubbish. When you eat makes no difference whatsoever. All that matters is the total number of calories you eat each day vs calories burned. The end.

My apologies i was vague in my statement. Consult your personal trainer/dietician they will advise you to NOT eat after 8pm especially carbs

Stop it, the stuff you're saying is patently false. How many carbs you eat or when you eat them is irrelevant to weight loss. OP -this and the nonsense about lemons and metabolism is stuff that people will tell you only if they are ignorant and/or are trying to sell you something. If you take in fewer calories than you burn up, you will lose weight.

Are you sleeping poorly or is the fatigue unexplained still?

Well, trainers and nutritionists spout a lot of nonsense, but a registered dietitian probably would not be telling their clients this. If you do not sleep well, if you have issues with acid reflux, if a close family member has had esophageal cancer, do not eat at night. If your primary concern is weight loss, calories trump everything and you can eat whenever you want. Don't eat ___ past ___ is a myth and continuing to tell people this is unhelpful.
