One app to rule them all

What are the apps that have helped the most with weight loss?

For me, the #1 most important and helpful app is hands down MFP.

#2 is mealboard. I can use it to plans meals months in advance and make sure I always get what I need when I go grocery shopping. It has saved me tons on money too because I am way less likely to eat out if the shopping and meal prep is planned and done ahead of time.

I've looked at a bunch of fitness apps and they were all...meh. I'd love something with a community aspect that helps monitor progress (weight, reps, distance, time) and I haven't found one that does that for me.

Any suggestions on helpful food/fitness apps?

    #1 is definitely MFP.

CalorieKing comes in at a close #2, but that is because I have both the app and the book. It's my best friend when guesstimating carb counts when eating out at a place with no nutrition information. I think I have 3-4 hard copies of the book around the house, in my purse, or thrown into the car's glove compartment.
