Macros and pie chart

Does anyone take notice of the macros or pie chart? Does I really matter I wouldn't even know what to set my macros as or as long as I'm staying within my 1200 and eating some exercise calories that's ok?

Initially, just getting used to eating to your calorie limit is good. Once you have been doing it a while, you may find that adjusting your macros to a more personal ratio will work for you. But for now, just get used to tracking your calories.0

I agree with JustMe2691; get in the habit of tracking calories. Once you've got that down, you can focus on how those calories break down between protein, carbs, and fat, and set a goal ratio for those macros based on your goals. Like with me, I'm trying to lean out, so I shoot for a 50/30/20 ratio.0
