I'm a 190lb female canadian student and I'm using this summer to really make a healthy change in my life. My goal weight by the end of this summer is 150.

I love hiking, swimming, and tons of cardio and I'm trying to learn to love weights! I'd love to have some friends join me on this fitness journey so feel free to add me as a friend or send me a message and we can all start this friday!
