Calculate calories burned

Came across this and thought it was neat, Just thought I'd share.

    I came across that one a couple minutes ago too. I am have a hrm that doesn't give calories burned (got it free from my sister) and was wondering how accurante that is. It said 1091 calories burned for me and another site said said 461. BIG Difference. Can anyone tell me?
