thankyou all for all your help, I think I'm about on track now and understand. I have decided against a Fitbit and set my level as active and no longer adding anything except if I do proper exercise. I'm just not sure if to add or how much to add when I push a heavy wheelchair ( usually once a week) for a long distance ( usually 1-2 hours ) . I've looked on the net and all say different amounts of calories. It seems to be classed as a light upper body cardio. Sorry my questions seem tedious I'm just not so good with this and have no one to talk to about it.thankyou for reading my post
