Can't loose weight

I been putting in my calories didn't go to the gym for a week I stepped on the scale and no weight has come off. Why? I feel frustrated ready to QUIT!

    "Putting in my calories" doesn't tell us much... are you staying under your calorie goal every day? Are you honestly logging every single thing you're eating? How are you verifying the calories you're entering? Are you using a kitchen scale to weigh everything? Are you making your own food or eating out? Are you taking a "cheat" day or staying under every day? Here's a chart you can go through and see where the problem might lie:
