I am looking for any and all support I can get. I turned 63 this year and am feeling around 80.
I don't think I will ever be skinning, but being old and over-weight is very depressing.
I have tried many different diet plans over the years. I just got done trying good ole Atkins for the past month and didn't have much results. So I thought I would get back to the basics. Eating healthy and exercising. I will have to start off slow with the exercising. I am so out of shape.
I use to walk & go to the gym at least 3 days a week. I know I need the strength resisted training, my bones are telling me so... Anyway, thank you for taking the time to read this and I would appreciate any friends and support this site has to offer.
I need to lose 50lbs, I would be happy to see 25lbs gone. 10lbs at a time.
