Hi!, I'm looking forward to discussing fitness with like-minded people.I can share anything I have learned over the years, and hopefully some of you can give me advice. My only goals are fat loss and maintaining a low body fat %.
All of my friends are slackers who have been skipping the gym/runs/dieting, so I would like to make some new ones.
