If you were going to add this to your weekly routine....which day would you put it on?
1. Leg day
2. Chest & Triceps
3. Back & Biceps
4. Shoulders and Core

I want to add it in but, not sure which day would be the best because i have read that these can cause a good bit of muscle fatigue in several areas. Thanks for your input!

I'd probably toss it on leg day.

Tho looking at my training log from when I did a bro split due to injury, I had it on back day.

I think now I'd do it on leg day tho. Because I know I'd be too spent from deadlifts to grip the dumbbells enough. And from shoulder day, I'd be spent from that crap. It doesn't really "go" with leg day which is why I'd do it there...

It's really a full body exercise because if you challenge yourself, almost everything is recruited. The only thing I wouldn't do is put these the day before you deadlift, if you deadlift that is. Just put it in there somewhere you want and use some variation as well. Doing single-arm walks with a heavy DB can be even more challenging as you need to hold yourself upright and resist the weight pulling you over to one side. Also, overhead carries with a BB or DB can be even more challenging.
