I'm trying to lose 30 lbs in a month

Losing a pound per day would be a 3500-calorie deficit every day. That’s unattainable, and very unhealthy to try. I suggest reconsidering your goals. Trying to lose one pound a week is much more reasonable. You could end up in the hospital if you try for a pound per day.
It’s great to have goals, but I wouldn’t want you to ruin your health in an effort to lose weight quickly.0
