Maintaining calorie goal

what would be my maintaining calorie goal , i used 1700 calorie gol to lose weight .I'm just having trouble finding my maintaining calorie goal ..my height is 6 ft 1 and weight is now 183 pounds .. please helppp

OP, set MFP to maintenance. Give it about 4 weeks and you may find you have to adjust up or down dependin if your weight stabilized or not0 -
