weight has never been an issue for me. but now I'm almost 30 and I don't like the way my body it's starting to look so I have to fix

You can do it! And it's totally not hard if doe right. The main thing is calories in vs calories out [MFP will help you calculate your ideal caloric limits to what you wanna lose per week-ish]. The first few pounds are gonna go QUICK, but please remember it is mostly water weight and is not an indication of how it will go the entire time!
I'm slowly increasing the intensities of my workouts. Starting out with just WALKING more is a huge difference.
Also; Please remember that 500 calories of juice and 500 calories of soda is still 500 calories, even if juice is 'healthier'.0 -
I'm in the same boat. I've never weighed this much but we gotta push ourselves. I'm kind of grateful for the gain though because my eyes are now open and I realize I need to live a healthier lifestyle. You can do it.0
