I see people's success stories and some of the foods they eat! Looks fantastic!!!! I would LOVE new ideas! New salads to try! Some look amazing and just wondering where do you get your recipes? What's your favourite salad? Supper?

Favourite salad dressing: Crushed garlic &red chilli, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice & olive oil, mixed until you like the balance.
Have it with: Chicken or beef + Mixed leaves (baby spinach/rocket/chard etc) with extra coriander & mint, red onion, cherry tomatos, and mango
Taste explosion!
