Hello Im B. Quite frankly I was sick of writing my food/macros/cals on paper! Lol so now I'm here.
My first goal is 215lbs. Long term goal is to maintain 10-11% body fat in the cold ohio months and 8-9% in the summer months. I've been doing this for 18+ years. I'm more than willing to help out the best I can. I have a lot of resources if I can't personally help.
I also Live with bipolar disorder and everything that goes along with it. Not just your regular bipolar disorder either. Some may see this as a curse but it has been a huge blessing because I've learned things about myself that I didn't know existed.
If I can help with anything feel free to message me or whatever. I'm here to maybe make some friends and enlighten.
