Fitbit vs treadmill cals

anyone out there with some advice on which to trust, my Fitbit cals burned of my treadmill. My Fitbit is about 1.35 more on average. Thanks!!!

Your Fitbit burn is TDEE, the number of calories to maintain your current weight. The only way to gauge the accuracy is to trust your Fitbit for several weeks, then reevaluate your progress.

You can also sanity check the numbers using the following formulae:
Walking: .30 x weight in lbs x distance in miles
Running: .63 x weight in lbs x distance in miles
These are for relatively flat surfaces, running or walking on an incline will be higher (I don't have an adjustment factor) (Source runnersworld.com/weight-loss/how-many-calories-are-you-really-burning )0
