Any baby boomers out there trying to lose weight

Hi Everyone
Losing weight in mid life is very difficult but not impossible
I am 64 and I try to keep fit and flexible by doing strength training and cardio 3 times a week
I go to Curves for this and there is one somewhere near you try it its helped me and with the help of my fitness pal I am able to manage my weight
For Diabetics exercise is a must
