    Step-I loved doing step classes at the YMCA so much that I just had to have one At home....I ❤️ it and dancing....oh jogging/walking is my other found love just too hot right now

    H.I.I.T. on the elliptical and playing basketball has work wonders for me so far, only 30 pounds to go.

    I used to love weightlifting and working out at the gym, so I'll be starting back with that soon. I adore swimming, and one of my goals is to be able to run a 5k!
