Went from 6'1, 185, not technically overweight living off fast food, sedentary, sluggish and with high blood pressure, from 6'1, 160, regularly going to the gym, normal levels and overall feeling much better about myself and life.

I'd like to thank Quest bars, whey...and the /r/1200isplenty community over on Reddit (though I didn't cut so drastically - 1,500) for recipe ideas and support. Just here to hang out and make sure I don't go on a bad track again. My motto is "Keep calm and macro on."
