hi I know meats good for protine and dairy for calcium in general. But does anyone know good low calory food snack type I can eat as these are the two I am low in each week. I already have a lot of milk and yoghurts and am not that big on meat. Thanks

So you aren't hitting your protein targets and don't like meat?
Greek yogurt for protein - 0% has higher protein levels than the full fat
Eggs - egg whites are lower calories but it's marginal
Pulses
Nuts
Meat as you established
google sources of protein0 -
Thanks. Eggs, I didn't realise
. I like some meat, just not much. I eat a lot of chicken and mince sometimes in pasta dishes, but I'm more a salad, fruit and veg girl.
