Hi guys
It's been some time since i've used my fitness pal. I've tried over the last few weeks to stay on track with not much success so starting yet again on the band wagon today with the hope of managing to stay on track for at least longer than a few days! Any tips would be greatly appreciated - the weight has just been piling on and my body feels like that of an old lady some days.

Hello there! What are you currently doing for your exercise routine and your current eating pattern? Setting some solid goals will really help with motivation as this seems to be an issue for you!
