I feel like when people present, less then smart ideas or thoughts, whether its fasting, or waist training or starving yourself .... whatever the case may be people on here become down right mean. It's okay to give them suggestions especially when you are probably more informed to make good decisions but the people who get mean and make rude judgmental comments, it isn't helping anyone, we should be more supportive and offer advice in a more helpful less aggressive judgmental way. I especially feel like people who aren't registered dieticians and personal trainers should be approaching people more on their level, even if they are, which I'm sure a lot of you are probably way more educated in exercise and eating well than I am. I just think we should be more supportive, even when someone really is doing something stupid. We all started somewhere and I'm sure we've all made bad decisions during our weight loss journeys. Good luck everyone, you got this!
