5 day Pouch test- day two

Ok so today was a bit harder...i wanted to eat....but I didnt! I stated with my coffee, then my protein shake, propel, water, jello,, more water, and then another shake. By then end of work I had had 2 propels. came home and had some cheddar cheese cream soup, not very goo so only a little. A diet sprite and then a sf pudding. Think I missed a jello in there. But thats it. And I do feel pretty good. Tomottow I start soft proteins...eggs, tuna cottage cheese so I already have it planned out fo t the day including measurng out the light mayo and all an It doesnt took bad either. Im pretty sure I can conquer this and Im basically sayding FU to food right about now...Look what I CAN DO. So needless to say, I guess I do have will power afterall. Thanks for folwling and any and all advice is welsome

    Guess I haven't heard of the 5 day Pouch test, but I know I wouldn't like the foods based on your entry! Hoping it gets better for you!
