Hey everyone!
I've always been one to workout using programs (Insanity, Jillian Michaels, etc). I've had some luck with them but never to the extent I'd like. After getting back from an amazing vacation (with extra amazing food) I'm ready to jump back on the wagon and shed some pounds. I'm starting Couch to 5K this week and am extending an invite for anyone to join me. I just did workout 1 last night but, obviously everyone can do it at their leisure for the 3 days a week.
Even if you don't want to do C25K feel free to add me anyways. It's always nice to have extra support!
