Hello, I am beginning my journey to leading a healthier lifestyle. I have "dieted" numerous times and that has been my down fall. Now I am implementing changes in my daily life and altering my relationship with food. Open to communicate with possible fitness pals. Wish me luck on my journey!

    I wish you all success. The simple act of logging food, including snacks, can be eye-opening.

    I was so clueless. The first week of measuring, weighing, and tracking what I ate blew my mind! I used to be the type that wasn't 'full' until I felt miserable from the amount of food I had eaten - most of which was done so mindlessly. You can absolutely do it! Best of luck to you!! :)
