Suggestions on how to spice up your vegetables?

I usually do veggie stir fries with red peppers, zuchinni, mushrooms seasoned with salt, pepper, mrs dash, onion, and garlic. Ever so often I do veggie oven bakes (throwing all those ingredients and baking it).

How do you guys cook your veggies? Any suggestions or recipes?

I like tomatoes, califlower, garlic, and onion with a bit of alive oil broiled on a sheet pan. Once browned, toss it all in the blender with some fresh cracked black pepper and a little Parmesan cheese and blend until smooth. Makes for a tasty soup.

I steam my veggies with Lipton Onion Soup Mix, there are several different flavors you can add to the water to give them more flavor. I always grind black pepper and use butter spary on the veggies that need butter.
