I will second everyone who encourages you to get a food scale and use it properly. *Many* people underestimate the calories they consume. I frequently over-estimate the calories I'm consuming. The scale will keep any tendency you have in either direction under control and give your health care providers better data to work with. The more accurate and compliant you can be with your health plan, the better. If something is not working, tell whomever you're working with why, and make a plan to change things up together. Leaving them with "old data" or "wrong data" won't help anyone. Good luck.0
