Kettlebells and Plank

I'm just wondering if it's listed in the exercise listing as something else. I can't find anything on Kettlebells or Planks..Wondering what everyone else is listing for workout/calories loss for these two exercises.

    Generally you will burn b/w 5-10 cals. if you hold the plank for 60 sec.

    For kettlebells-some studies show that KBs will burn b/w 15-20 cals. /min. , but that is unrealistic. No matter what kind of weights you pick-dbs, kbs, bbs, cement blocks, tires or whatever else you can think of, as long as the intensity is the same, the weight is the same, you will burn the same cals for the same amount of time. I'd say b/w 5-10 cals a min ir realistic burn.

    Also, it will depend on the size of the person doing the exercise and intensity for how many cals they will burn. The best bet is HRM.
