Tonight we are having oven roasted chicken, oven "fried" red potatoes and rolls. Yeah I know we could do more veggies.

    grilled cod with this really awesome "Mediterranean" quinoa salad my wife makes...and probably either asparagus or sauteed greens.

    A very large salad with; cottage cheese, shredded cheese, eggs, albacore tuna, and apple slices. Also, having Greek yogurt, Pb2, and some lentil bean chips.

    We grilled a bunch of stuff but, I ate chicken drumsticks! Since finding a blending of spices that I just love I can not get enough of them.

    Chicken drumsticks and french fries, both of them baked. Drizzled honey on the chicken.

    My day wound up being really weird and not going to plan at all so my only food so far was a Wendy's single with cheese, no mayo, a medium fry and a Jr chocolate frosty.

    I have about 300 calories left so I'll have a snack in a little bit and call it a day.
