Hi everyone. I'm Sonia. I am a 43 year old wife and mom. Hubby is 45 and son is 23. Hubby has liver disease and ulcerative colitis. When we got married in 1990 I weighed 95 pounds. After I had our son in October 1991 I was about 130 pounds. Hubby first got real sick in 1994. This lead to severe depression for me. I started trying to take hold of my life and body again around April 1st of this year. I was 5'5" and 198.8 pounds and struggling to make it from the time I got up in the morning until I got back in the bed every night. I had lost down to 182 pounds by watching calories and fat grams each day until I got my period about a week ago. I am in peri-menopause and had not had a period since February. Now I can't get my eating back under control. I am back up to 185 pounds. HELP! I need some breakfast and lunch ideas that are real low fat/low calorie and filling so I can make it to eat dinner with my family at night.
