I need help, I measure 6 feet and 2.80315 inches, weight 298 lbs with 35% of fat, my goal is to lose 88 lbs.
I have a big problem I am intolerant to insulin and that is why I decided to make a ketogenetic diet (low carbs)
Breakfast: 6 egg whites with 4 turkey bacon strips and a half of avocado.
Mid morning: 1 scoop of whey protein
Lunch: 9 oz of chicken breast and salad
Mid Afternoon: 1 scoop of whey protein
Dinner: 9 oz of chicken breast and salad
*Every 10 days i make a carb load or a refeed

My training is something like this:
Mon / Wed / Fri
Full Body Workouts with compounds (Squats, Deadlift, Pull ups, Bench Press, Rows, Military Press)
Tue / Thu / Sat
30 mins of Interval Training and 30 mins of steady state and ABS

Guys, please help me, thank you very much!!
Best Regards!!

Sounds like your workouts are going great! not sure on your diet, that needs to be addressed by someone with experience. But I hope all is well.. And you receive the support you need.

You can google and find out how many carbs are safe for being insulin resistant for your body weight and height. It sounds like you're doing a great job, but like the other poster, you need to speak with a professional. I have type II diabetes and I control it without medicine. What are you mixing your whey protein with? Water?
