Hi Sarah! Keeping track of calories & logging what goes "in", is definitely what you needed to go along with what goes "out"! (Exercise) This app makes you "aware" of every calorie so you don't pass your daily limit & gain weight. Studies have shown success comes easier when you do both calorie restricion & exercise instead of just one or the other. (Remember to give your muscles a day of rest in between.) I've always heard that, but just recently found out that it is actually crucial for muscle repair. On a blog from this sight actually!
So now that you have both,You're ready! Welcome!0 -
I've used it before and I love it! And thanks.0

Lol Jessica I wanna loose 83 I wish it was only 30 but we're trying and that's what's important. It's easy to put it on and hard to get it off. I've lost 25 so far. It was more but I gained ten back0
