Just wondering if anyone uses a Gazelle and has great success with it? I have one but feel like it's not a real workout for me.

I have used mine every morning for almost 18 months and have used it as my morning calorie burn thing
I have lost 125 lbs so far. I am a amazed the thing never breaks! I just put some WD30 on it.
It is easy, but that is good at times.
I do other things for harder cardio and also lift weights 4 days a week
Love the Gazelle!

Personally I thought this piece of equipment was junk. It provided no resistance and had used it for 30-40+minutes at a time without even breaking a sweat. It ended up being a clothes rack and then I sold it in a garage sale for 20$. I recently invested in a real elliptical, which gets my heart rate up and omg the sweat! keeping in caloric deficit and 6 30 minute runs a week on the interval setting and I am down 19 pounds so far in 40ish days. Know that doesn't seem magic wand amazing or anything but I've only had the elliptical for about 3 weeks. I don't see how the gazelle can work for anyone, if you wanna try I don't blame you, everyone is different.... I just don't recommend it at all. Amazon reviews on it can be really helpful too!0

I have no thoughts on the actual equipment.

Not at all. This is where you swing your legs forward and back.

I had a friend who bought one and described it as "fun." It's low impact and generally easy unless you have hip/knee problems. She didn't lose any weight from using it, but it was something that helped her get moving at night when all she wanted to do was crash on the couch. My thought is that if you bought one and it gets you moving during times when you would normally be sedentary, then all-in-all it's not a terrible investment.
Now, if you're looking for something that will give you meaningful enough calorie burn that can help with weight loss, I'd suggest saving that money and applying it towards an elliptical or an exercise bike (love my recumbant bike). Yeah, these are more expensive, but they're going to give you a better workout.0 -
Thanks everyone for all the reviews! I enjoyed reading each comment! ✌0
