Looking for hard and fast numbers for the 21DSD

I have searched pages and pages of the internet and can not find any answers. It's also impossible to find a negative review of the program, what with all the internet marketing they have done on every blog that has ever discussed health.

What I am looking for is minimum and maximum numbers for macro nutrients expected on this program. How low carb do they mean by low carb? How high is "high protein"?

I'm not normally a food tracker, but I am trying to kick my refined carb habits. I need a few more guidelines to satisfy my skepticism and make sure I do this as healthfully as possible.
