First time noticing this section. I've been maintaining a healthy lifestyle for 6 years by eating healthy and training 6 days a week. My goals are to gain muscle mass while staying lean. I actually stopped using the app for a while and started back up again because I noticed my eating habits were drifting from the dreaded Oreo cookies
